It has been a while..common theme from MK bloggers the past week lol

We ran Kara last evening with amazing results..

It started off terribad..2 wipes on trash to huntsman...including a wipe on the first pull lol
Once we got that outta our system the real fun started..

1 shot the horse and his master...we then minus baxstab for Ted (dont even wanna know how many flowers you had to buy to get on wow on a Wednesday night lol) march through moreos..

Down Maiden in 2 min 4 secs...I will add here that the DPS we had was prolly one of the best grps ever in a 10 man grp..

It was one long chain pull...it was fast and it was furious..it was so much fun!!!!

So we go bashing through the trash to the side door and decide that we should kill nitebane while we are here..

1 shot that ugly undead beast...sadly..the drop that Ted has wanted does not drop /cry
But he got a dps item..so grats for that:)

We hit the curator trash and bam..Bobs your uncle and Curators down just over 4 mins..he didnt even make it through his 2nd evocate lol
Lisa is robbed of her T4 gloves again /cry

New plan..Shade and chess then we will call it...FAIL lol

We one shot Shade..lol

Head to Chess and well..we stopped and WTF PWN Neitherspite LOL

We are 8 bosses in and doing chess...one shot lol

I hear "we should go kick Princes ass"...so again..plan fails lol

Prince is now dead...I have my Mindblade woot!!! with Sunfire enchant..FUCKING A WOOT!!

With my spellfire gear on...GOTW/int/Pali Buff's wizard oil and Flask..1317 fire dmg LOL

Cant wait to raid now imo lol

Scott got 6 epics last night on his Druid...Ted got his legs with his badges..woot!!!

If I subtract the 15 mins getting ready out front and the 2 stupid wipes..

3 hour Kara run 10 events cleared...20 badges and a great time had by all:)

I think ZA is in trouble tonight LOL

I was a Drudad for one night...

Last night was a fun fun time..

I had a Kara grp all lined up for Scott to try and get some gear along with a few other alts and a new Lock...Scott couldnt go:P

So..I ran on his druid..I have a drudad..but he is lvl 5 lol..so in to kara I go on a toon I have no idea how to play lol

It was a blast..thank you to the grp for not yelling at me..only died once when we wiped on maiden:P

I got him gloves and a neck pc..woot!!!!

Gah..now I want a drudad:P

Monday started as a farming day..

Helped Dottie get some rep and a Potion she needed for a new cauldren..woot GRATS!!!!

The only issue with the above runs was a hunter who was holding the account for a "Buddy"..except he claims to have a 70 on another server with 4/5 t5 gear..orly?

This guy couldnt find his ass with both hands and a map..couldnt find Steam vaults..got ganked twice by horde..couldnt find the shattar rep guy..or CE rep guy..after thinking about it..I booted captin ebay from the guild.

We took a dps heavy group in to Gruuls lair last night and wiped the floor with him and the High King...1 shot on both!!!!

Although when I post the screen shot you will see a whole wack of Dead MK lol
We had 1 or 2 guys left alive lol

Going to Kara tonight on my friends druid..lol

Raistilan Raids inc had its 2nd attempt on VR last night..

The trash went down smooth..
Even got to exact some revenge on the mage that caused our wipe in HKM lol
We put him on main sheep duty in VR's room..its almost a 100% chance on dying....he died every pull....ok that was mean of me..but I always had the sheep in range for when he died lol

We got VR to 51% ..good work everyone:)

The most important thing for me last night was seeing Ted grab the raid and go with it!!!

Nicely Done my good man!! nicely done indeed!!

I think next week..VR will die

We are starting to do more 25 man content..Void Reaver again tonight
But it would seem that more and more of the guild is unhappy about being left out of the 25 man fun..or the ZA fun...I had enough Wednesday with a guildy who kept QQ'ing on our forums about stuff like:
Leaving green gear wearing players out of raids
The fact that we have "Clicks" who stick together..
So after logging in and reading a long winded complaint email I saved both him and our guild the trouble and removed him..his wife gquit shortly after../sigh

I still dont understand why people think that the guild has to gear them out...not our fricken job..our job to help where we can..but you dont hit 70 and jump on the epic loot train..the last guild I was in "insert crappy guild name here" the GM would keep every drop..even if it was an upgrade...god they suck

Now a few people were pissy about not going to ZA with the old Kara grp 1..

Honors/Arb/Drew/Lisa/Dottie/Me/Scott/Clark/Sneaky/Deil/Oslo/Brian/Trey..yes thats more than 10....and Jessie...those are all the members of the Kara clear team prior to alot of people getting in our guild..heck..I dont have Max, Joel or Sam even...grrr
I would also Like to get Brandon/Sevenn and Mowbray in the group....Thats 2 full groups right there for ZA..

But people would rather bitch because they wernt online intime to get an invite for the grp Tuesday..So go with Grp 2..they are all in Kara epics..good tanks/healers..Grrrrr

I am trying to seperate raiding from everyday guild life and trying to set up 3 days a week for 25 mans..instead of the 2 now

It has been an interesting week..

From attempting Lurker with ass clowns to playing with trash in the Eye...Woot!

Some thoughts for the week..

Gear..

Are people really too lazy to get their own upgrades? Hit level 70 and think..hi guild..replace my crap greens with purps please..I know that every person I consider a friend in this game or have been guildies with had busted their butts to get better gear..example:

Trelic our uber bear/kitty farmed Mechs first boss for hours one night with a few of us..for a tanking back pc..For hours!!!! and we had kara on farm at the time too!!

I had lvl 68 blue shoulders..since level 68..Did I piss and moan when shade didnt give me my shoulders? (ok..well for 5 secs after every kill:P) but I went out and started doing arena...I know have merc shoulders..but it took weeks..

The new 70's dont/wont do that..they seem to think they should get loot because their gear sucks...Grrrr

We killed HKM Friday night (more about this kill in a bit) and the Rogue/Pali token drops..
We do a class roll..Mowbray wins..he has epics..the guy in 2nd has blues..Dan decides to pass to upgrade another player..well people start to say.."Give it to _______ he has green's"
Not in any raid im in..Quote me from vent "He should quit being lazy and get his own upgrades...dont give anyone wearing greens that is lazy"

Speaking of the High king..

I am tanking the mage as I do ..our Dps pwns the priest and the other mages /healer come to me and my target..all of the sudden my spell steal doesnt work..I think he is bugged..my healers keep me up..I see his shield spawn..I hit spell steal again..again..nothing...I look at one of the other mages..he has my fucking shield!!!!
9k fireball + 9k fireball = dead Raistilan....raid wipes..wtf

In vent I get asked "Did he resist?"..answer "Nope Aerlion stole my shield" *hear laughter on vent followed by swearing*
I should have lost my mind on him..but I think Trey beat me to it..I said in vent that shit happens but dont let it happen again..

I pst him before the next attempt and was nice..
His response want.."KK I FUCKING GET IT!!"
I replied.."Im sorry?..Did I yell at you?"

No response...He had better watch his manners with me or he will see the bad side of this arc/fire mage ..I am nice..and try to be polite..but when you get rude with me..you will get it back ten fold

Note....This is the same mage who cant read a threat meter and pulled void reaver from the tanks and caused a wipe...Skill>Gear ..You cant decurse stupid../sigh

Going to run 25 man raids every thursday now..

Something hard..to learn the fight..maybe even get a boss kill:)

SSC trash...err Read: Retards and loud mouths

Last evening started with a whisper from Trelic..

"Want to go help Skill Assessment kill Lurker"..

With that I got my first taste of SSC and the trash mobs..and a boss there...Which was cool..except for from the get go I noticed some rude players..some ass clowns if you will.

We started on the trash..Sevenn,Face,Trelic,Celoria and myself all there representing MK..20% of the raid is good imo:)

After the first trash clear..sevenn gets a Epic crafting thingy (don't remember what they are called lol)
On the next trash pull I hit a fireball for 7.2k..I almost shit when I seen that..that was with out a doubt the highest crit on a FB I have seen with out a boss buff..IE Heroic mech's polarity buff, Curator's evocation..

Trash pull number 5 and Trelic gets an Awesome druid tanking staff..so grats to both you and sevenn:)

We learn the boss...From JX..we do 2 not bad tries..Then on Attempt #3..

Celoria gets stuck under the platform and dies in the scalding water..in vent all you hear is Quickquick and Ekwelity calling her names..repeatedly..over and over again..They get asked to stop by everyone from MK..they persist..*poof* goes Dottie..Followed by Sevenn, Face, and myself..Who needs that crap?
Trelic stays because he got an epic staff and feels obligated..which I am ok with..I believe he spent the rest of the raid flaming the ass clowns for being retards..

They do not down Lurker...not because they failed..but because we killed their raid!!! :)

Word to the wise.. Do not insult/belittle/scream at/curse at someone that is there to help your guild out...If one of our members had done that to someone helping..I would have punted them from the raid..had we stayed..Lurker would have died

JX is a nice enough fellow..but his pug raids are designed to recruit members to his guild..he is the former MT of Different Strokes who in their prime were "the Guild" on our server..now its Cynosure but still..I doubt he will ask me after I /raid quit on him..not that I am looking elsewhere anyway:P

We (MK) can go play in SSC..It wasn't that hard
Our MT's can handle it..Our healers (Cel and Sevenn) topped the healing charts last night..and our Dps is top notch..

Been a while...err too much drama

Well...

It has been a week since I updated my little corner of the web..lots of factors..mostly my isp @ home doesnt like this site and being sick most of the week has not allowed me to blog from work:P

Gruul is dead..grats to those in attendence..super job..13th growth no less:)

Been hearing some shit being talked about the officers in the guild that has me seeing red!!!
The officers in the guild have busted their asses for months on end getting our little guild to where it is at..Kara on farm for months now..HKM on farm for a few months...
When people show up to raids..they dont have to pay for pots/elixers/oils/flasks/food...because the officers and a few senior members bust ass farming for the good of the guild..

Having said that...this is what I hear in the last 2 days..

1 "Officers get loot and then it goes to who ever else is there"
2 "there is favortism when it comes to loot among the officers."
3 "The new members dont get any drops"
4 "I heard that I cant run kara because the groups are full"

#1 ...That is soooooooooooo much crap it makes my head hurt..
I have passed on t4 from HKM every fricken week since the first day we killed him...and I was wearing lvl 68 blue shoulders...I watch Lisa pass on loot, Trey, Drew and Celoria all pass on items to give someone wearing a green/blue item an upgrade...everytime..exception..when we killed Gruul..the items went to the main tank and the OT

#2 Again...see number 1 first line..
Tom can agree with me that it is luck of the draw..his first night in Kara he got sooooo much gear it made me sick lol.. I have run kara so much and watched items get DE'd because no one could use them..I waited 4 months to get pants from kara..my buddy scott has waited just as long for his staff and still needs it..Ted is cursed because blizz hates prot pallies...

#3...This one really irks me...Does anyone run instances anymore?
Im sorry but when did it become my job or the guilds job to get you better gear?
It isnt..never has been..never will be..if you are level 70 and wearing greens and think you should get loot because your too fucking lazy to get your own upgrades...then get the fuck outta my guild and dont let the door hit you where the good lord split you..WTF..I had one green trinket the first time I ran kara..everything else was quest/instance blue...and my crafted epics which I busted my ass making..bunch of lazy freeloading SOBS...I am sorry for the foul language..but come on..learn to play the game..you could quest over a week and regear your toon head to toe..not too mention rep items and the a/h

#4 ..well QQ somemore..if you arent on when the groups start..not my problem..I wont make someone step out so you can run Kara..I could ask..I have done that in the past..heck I step out all the time for people to get a shot at loot..but dont ask to start Kara on a sunday/monday night..by that time its been a almost a week..they are down to the final bosses and prolly wont take you to your first Kara on the hardest bosses..no offence but I wouldnt either

There are so many diffrent ways to get gear in this game..Arena/BG's/Quests/Rep/Crafted and the a/h that there is no way you cant be blue from head to toe with some crafted epics or some Bg epics..quit QQing

I think the majority of the bitching is coming from a few new guild members..who are being pushed by a few older members whom either suck/fail at wow or cant ever make raids/dont even ask to go...

I wanted my first blog back to be a happy one..but I feel better about that rant

Real life has caught up to our gm and her hubby..Drew lost his father after a long battle with an incidious cancer that would not go away..my heart goes out to you and your this weekend..


I will prolly try to get a raid going sunday night..depending on whos playing football

WTF is with the fact that I cant get 25 players to sign up for loot reaver ???
